G25 STATEMENTS (2014-2023)
Launched 25 May 2024
G25 Malaysia is proud to announce the launch of our latest publication, G25 Statements (2014-2023). This occasion was marked by a forum entitled “Institutional Reforms and the Federal Constitution for a Better Malaysia,” held in the Clubhouse of Persatuan Alumni Universiti Malaya (PAUM), Kuala Lumpur on Saturday, 25 May 2024.
Our book represents a culmination of G25's efforts through our public statements since G25’s formation in December 2014, to champion critical issues facing Malaysia's future as a constitutional democracy

founded on the principles of justice, rule of law, and fundamental liberties. This book is curated into ten themes ranging from law and the Constitution, to the economy, human rights, good governance, and health.
We look forward to having the public experience our statements in the form of a completed book so they can get a bird's eye view on whether time and changes in government make a difference to the implementation of institutional reforms which we, and many others, have continued to fight for over the years.
Despite the long road we have had, G25’s book is evidence of our consistent effort to address pressing concerns no matter the government of the day, as we reflect the majority sentiment that Malaysia must uphold its constitutional freedoms to ensure societal and economic confidence from all sectors.
We appreciate the encouragement that our friends and other civil society organisations have given us, and the support the public have shown.
We look forward to another 10 years with you, always for a better Malaysia.
